Refreshed the MJ brand, created marketing materials and launched a new website which has resulted in 5X booked revenue since launch.

MJ Pianos sells high-quality pianos and provides top-notch services to help people throughout Salt Lake and Utah county play like never before.

The goal of this project was to refresh their brand identity and create a new website that would put MJ Pianos on another pedestal in the piano industry. I managed a team of designers, copywriters, photographers and web developers to deliver a strong brand identity, strategy and website.

The main challenge with this project was to create a brand identity that didn't scream old and outdated like most of their competitors. I did this by performing qualitative and quantitative research. I created multiple surveys that were sent out to past and current customers of MJ Pianos to collect data on customer pain points and also interviewed a handful of customers 1-on-1.

In 2021, MJ Pianos opened their first store front in American Fork, Utah where they have seen major success and are the go-to for Utah families shopping for pianos.
